From the 80's til now, I have done a number of large works on paper using my body and clothing as tools with which to paint, letting the wrinkles of fabric & skin to create images and then sometimes adding collage elements to create mixed media monoprints of moments.
Stonhenge 100% rag paper is my favorite surface and the pieces range in size from 30"x40" to 38" by 50", and on rolls of Arches and other rag papers.
Too, there are some works originating from xray images xeroxed and heat-transferred, evidence from a car accident , evidence of a life and a revelation of our inner selves perhaps.
Finally there is a group works from travels through Yugoslavia with collage, acrylic and sometimes even plant life!
